  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revival IV Lounge, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our Services.

9. Use of SMS Messages

  • When you opt-in to receive SMS messages from Revival IV Lounge, you are expressly consenting to receive marketing and promotional messages via SMS to the mobile number you provided. These messages may include offers, discounts, reminders, and other content related to wellness services and treatments available at Revival IV Lounge. 

  • You retain the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe from the service, simply text “STOP”. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive any further SMS messages from Revival IV Lounge unless you choose to opt back into the program. To rejoin, you may sign up again using the same method as your initial subscription, and you will start receiving messages anew.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
